Bridget joined the Keller Farmers Market in 2009 because she believes it is not enough to simply talk about eating right. She believes in actively participating with one's own health by cooking real food, knowing where it comes from and supporting those who produce it.
Bridget is a professional chef with a degree from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and brings unique creativity to healthy food. While classically French educated, she trained under nationally recognized Chef Eric Tucker of Millennium Restaurant in San Francisco. Chef Tucker's influences helped to shape Bridget's cooking style of eclectic gourmet healthy meals.
Additionally, Bridget has professional experience in audio/video and event production and management making her a unique fit for the market.
