Types of Vendors
All vendors must be based or have their products grown, produced or processed, in the state of Texas, or within 150 miles of the Keller Farmers Market.
The Keller Farmers Market accepts vendors in three categories:
1. Farm Vendors, which includes all produce, meat, fish, and dairy products, as well as garden products. We seek to add high-quality product diversity to our market, especially locally grown pesticide and chemical free crops and products. Food Vendor Application (PDF or MS Word) Tarrant Co. 2. Prepared Food Vendors, which includes only offerings approved and permitted by the Texas Department of Agriculture or appropriate state agency. We look for unique foods for the market, especially those that compliment the produce and baked goods already sold at the market.

3. Artisan and Craft Vendors - We look for unique and high-quality handcrafted art and craft work. Three (3) booths per market day will be dedicated to artisan and craft vendors. In addition, to enhance the diversity of products offered at KFM, each artisan and craft vendor will be limited to no more than two (2) market dates per month. Since June and September each has five (5) Saturdays, the three (3) artisan and craft vendor booth limit will not apply on 6/30 and 9/29. These dates will include an Arts & Crafts Extravaganza, showcasing local artists and their talents. All KFM artisans and crafters are encouraged to participate.
Our review panel has final determination of participation in the market in these artisan and craft product categories:
- Food related, derived or themed products;
- Recycled or repurposed items;
- Gardening related or themed.
While we respect independent sales consultants with direct selling businesses and organizations (also known as multi-level marketing), vendor booths are not available for this purpose.
